Use of Artwork.
By placing your order online, you authorize joshfradleyillustration.com.au with your consent to publish the artwork on our website Gallery once completed. We respect our customers' privacy and therefore, if you have any concerns, please contact us with a request to remove your artwork from our gallery or to not have your artwork placed in our gallery. Joshfradleyillustration.com.au will not be held responsible for any misuse of artwork (on the gallery) by website visitors.
Payment and Cancellation Terms
To begin working on your artwork, we require a 50% partial payment. Please be aware that this 25% partial payment is non-refundable once work begins. The remaining 75% balance will be due after the portrait is complete and before we proceed with shipping. This policy ensures that we have the resources necessary to deliver a high-quality final product that meets your expectations. For all cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the order confirmation and payment, a full refund will be given to the customer subject to the condition that the artist has not started working on the artwork.
Shipping and Deliveries.
We will ship artworks only after all outstanding payments are finalised. joshfradleyillustration.com.au will not be held responsible for delays in shipping and delivery of artwork that have a pending / outstanding balance.
We offer Registered or Tracked shipping as standard, express shipping is also available for additional costs.
Regarding deliveries requested to be received by a particular date, we will do our best to deliver artworks by or before the date requested. However, due to any unforeseen circumstances joshfradleyillustration.com.au will not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of artworks. Additional requests, if any, take time. Joshfradleyillustration.com.au will not be liable for delays incurred due to addition requests. At joshfradleyillustration.com.au we assume that you have read through the terms and conditions prior to ordering.
Artwork Specifics.
We offer our services at the price stated on the website. Any variance or additions to the composition will accrue additional cost to be finalised before work has started.
You should have the authority and copyright to upload your particular photographs.
When a customer places an order, he/she/they are assumed to have an idea about the product being ordered from the examples and information given at joshfradleyillustration.com.au. We will not reimburse or replace an ordered artwork if the buyer misunderstands the product that they have ordered.
Each artwork is carefully packaged before shipping to avoid any damage during transit. Despite maintaining high-quality standards, artworks could get damaged through a third party (postal service). As we offer registered, tracked and/or express shipping, in an instance of damage complaints must be directed to the postal service in question.
Joshfradleyillustration.com.au will not be responsible for undelivered or missing packages by courier or postal service companies. At times when customers are not available at delivery and packages are returned back to us after repeated delivery attempts a return and re-shipping cost will be applicable to the customer/recipient under such circumstances.
